KFCA基礎班 Basic Level
B1) JellyCream Flower Cake
- Demo of Jelly Icy Cake making and recipe
- Demo of Jellycream making and recipe
- Jellycream colouring technique
- Flowers arrangement on Jelly cake
- Learn piping of Rose, Mini-rose, Unbloomed Rose, Apple Blossoms, Leaves
Duration:3-4 hours (10:00am –2:00pm, vary depending on actual progress)
B2) Jellycream Cupcakes
- Demo of Jellycake making and recipe
- Jellycream colouring technique
- Flower arrangement on Cupcakes
- Learn piping of Carnation, Simple rose, Scabiosa, Mini Freesia
Duration:3 hours (3:00pm –6:00pm, vary depending on actual progress)
B3) Buttercream Flower Dome
- Demo of Korea Glossy Buttercream making and recipe
- Flower arrangement: dome style
- 6"carrot cake with recipe and cake masking technique
- buttercream colouring technique
- Learn piping of Ruffle Rose, Ranunculus, Narcissus, Flower Buds
Duration:3-4 hours (10:00am –2:00pm, vary depending on actual progress)
B4) Buttercream Flowers Wreath
- Flower Arrangement: Flower Wreath
- 6” dummy cake masking and make swirl pattern on the side
- buttercream colouring technique
- Learn piping of Victoria Rose, Peony, unbloomed Peony, Rice Flowers
Duration:4 hours (3:00pm –7:00pm, vary depending on actual progress)
*Follow the best practice in Korean piping classes, the maximum student per class is 3. Welcome to form your own group of 2.
*Upon completion of the course, you are entitled to apply for Master 2 (Regular) certificate from Korean Flower Cake Association. The certificate fee will be charged separately by KFCA.
