KFCA 進階班 Advance Level

(適合已完成基礎班的同學報讀,所有在基礎班已提供/教授的技巧或食譜將不會重覆發放和教授)







A1) Bean Paste Half Corsage Rice Cake




- Demo of Korean Lace RiceCake making and recipe
- Flower Arrangement: Half Corsage
- Bean Paste colouring with natural food colouring
- Learn piping of Upgraded Peony 1, Upgraded Peony 2, Dahlia, Eucalyptus

Duration:4 hours (3:00pm –7:00pm, vary depending on actual progress)


A2) Bean Paste Bouquet




- Demo of bean paste craft and recipe to wrap a 5"dummy cake
- Flower Arrangement: Bouquet style
- Bean Paste colouring with natural food colouring
- Learn piping of Tulips, Lisianthus, Hydrangea, Blueberry

Duration:4 hours (10:00am –2:00pm, vary depending on actual progress)


A3) Buttercream Centre line with Galaxy effect





- Flower Arrangement: Central line
- 6” dummy cake masking with galaxy effect
- buttercream colouring technique
- Learn piping of English Rose, Pine Cone, Created Flower, Wax Flowers, Lamb’s ear

Duration:4 hours (10:00am –2:00pm, vary depending on actual progress)


A4) 3D flower pot




- Flower arrangement on a flower point
- 5”real cake and mask as a flower pot
- buttercream colouring technique
- Learn piping of 3D New Rose, Hanoi Ranunculus, Anemone, Cherry Blossom

Duration:4-5 hours (3:00pm –8:00pm, vary depending on actual progress)


*Follow the best practice in Korean piping classes, the maximum student per class is 3. Welcome to form your own group of 2.


*Upon completion of the course, you are entitled to apply for Master 1 (Advanced) certificate from Korean Flower Cake Association. The certificate fee will be charged separately by KFCA.
