KFCA 4 Days Intensive Certifications Course



You will learn most of the flowers that taught in basic and advance level classes in this 4 days intensive Certificates course. Besides, 3 piping medium - Jellycream, Buttercream and Bean Paste will be teach in this single course.
4天密集證書班,將學到基礎班及進階班的唧花及調色技巧。一個課程學三種素材。

~~This class is open to all level, with super small class size, maximum of 2 students, to ensure each students get noticed.
~~此課程適合所有程度的學生~~ 小班教學,每班最多2位同學,務求有充足時間指導每位同學!

Day 1:
- Demo of Jelly Icy Cake making and recipe
- Demo of Jellycream making and recipe
- Demo of Jellycake making and recipe
- Jellycream colouring technique
- Flowers arrangement on Jelly cake
- Learn piping of Rose, Mini Rose, Unbloomed Rose, Bud, Leaf, Apple Blossom
Take home: 6" Jelly Icy Cake

Day 1:

- 示範冰糕做法及食譜
- 示範Jellycream及Jelly cake做法及食譜
- 蛋糕上擺花技巧
- 學習 Rose, Mini Rose, Unbloomed Rose, Bud, Leaf, Apple Blossom
- 完成1個6吋冰糕


Day 2:

- Demo of Korea Glossy Buttercream making and recipe
- Jellycream colouring technique
- Flower arrangement on Cupcakes
- Learn piping of Chrysanthemum, Freesia, Scabiosa, Ranunculus, Narcissus, Ruffle Rose
Take home: 6 jelly cupcakes

Day 2:

- 示範韓式唧花buttercream做法及注意事項
- 蛋糕上擺花技巧
- 學習 Chrysanthemum, Freesia, Scabiosa, Ranunculus, Narcissus, Ruffle Rose
- 完成6個Jelly cupcakes


Day 3:

- 6"carrot cake with recipe and cake masking technique
- Flower arrangement on buttercream cake
- Learn piping of Peony, Victoria Rose, English Rose, Pine Cone, Created Flowers, Wax Flower, Lamb’s Ear.
Take home: 6"buttercream carrot cake


Day 3:

- 真蛋糕的抹面,抹出漂亮的平面
- 蛋糕上擺花技巧
- 學習 Peony, Victoria Rose,English Rose, Pine Cone, Created Flowers, Wax Flower, Lamb’s Ear.
- 完成1個6寸buttercream蛋糕

Day 4:

- Demo of Korean Lace RiceCake making and recipe
- Provide bean paste craft making and recipe
- Flower Arrangement: Half Corsage
- Bean Paste colouring with natural food colouring
- Learn piping of Upgraded Peony 1, Dahlia, Eucalyptus, Lisianthus, Hydrangea, Blueberry, Hanoi Ranunculus
Take home: half 6" lace ricecake

Day 4:

- 示範韓式lace米糕做法及食譜
- 提供豆蓉皮做法及食譜
- 蛋糕上擺花技巧
- 學習 Upgraded Peony 1, Dahlia, Eucalyptus, Lisianthus, Hydrangea, Blueberry, Hanoi Ranunculus
- 完成半個6寸lace米糕


*Follow the best practice in Korean piping classes, the maximum student per class is 2. Welcome to form your own group.

*Upon completion of the course, you are entitled to apply for both Master 2 (Basic) and Master 1 (Advanced) certificates from Korean Flower Cake Association. The certificates fee will be charged separately by KFCA.


名額:小班教學,每班只限2位 (歡迎2人自組上堂)

完成密集證書班後可申請考取 KFCA 的 Flower Decoration Master 基礎 (Master 2) 及進階 (Master 1) 證書。(證書費用將另外由協會收取。)
