It is always a life-long-learning journey, and I spent 2 weeks in Seoul in Apr 2017. It is a very fruitful trip :)

Our teacher is so nice!! She drove us to a place with Cherry Blossom tunnel before dropping off us at bus stop!!

Unfortunately, it was really heavy traffic going back to Seoul on Sunday night during Sakura seasons😫😫

The train are all fully booked, not even having stand ticket available😢😢.... the only way is to take express bus home, we were jammed in traffic for a few hours and only able to reach home around 12 midnight 😭😭

KCAA bean paste courses completed  And I am eligible to issue certificates for my bean paste flower cake students



Korea Cake Art Association (KCAA) is famous of its unqiue natural real flower piping and technique  Everyone can pipe like real flowers and make their bean paste ricecake into an art piece

I will work hard for the curriculum Hopefully I will be their first overseas instructor

 Bridge course shall be available for other korea flower piping associations' graduates, which you can jump to Realistic Flower Advanced level after 1 day customized class  Please stay tuned

But it is good that they will be samples and display at my teacher's Sugarpress studio 😃😃
